A lot of people put work into their abs without thinking about the obliques. If the obliques are ignored, the mid-section won’t have the curve you crave and can end up looking more like a block. When you exercise for toned obliques, you will define your waist and let your curves shine.
Of course, it will not matter how much exercise you do for your abs or obliques if you do not eat the right way. So be sure to watch what you eat!
Each of these exercises should be done for 45 seconds. Do 2 full rounds with a one minute rest between each round. Dedicate yourself to performing these exercises five days a week.
You will need a 10 to 20 pound dumbbell and an interval timer. If an interval timer is not included on your phone, it is easy to download an app for it.
